Tiare Noelani Pinto

CKD, Allied ASID, CGP
Co-Founder and President

Tiare is the Co-Founder and President of Archipelago Hawaii. She is a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) and a Certified Green Professional (CGP), and holds a certification from the Allied American Society of Interior Designers (Allied ASID). Archipelago Hawaii’s clients benefit from Tiare’s unique background that includes kitchen and bath design as well as interior design. She has extensive savvy in both ground-up construction and remodeling. Tiare attributes her imaginative work to the wealth of knowledge gained throughout her career. She has served as designer for a wide variety of noted firms in the fields of graphic design, furniture, fabrics, high-end residential, and commercial interior design.



Roseann Freitas

Vice-President

As Vice President, Roseann handles the business operations of Archipelago Hawaii. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Mount Olive College in North Carolina. Roseann has a wealth of business experience, including working with a certified public accountant (CPA), owning her own bookkeeping company and running a franchise business. Her love of numbers extends into the purchasing side of Archipelago Hawaii. She manages client approval, ordering of product, and coordination of timely delivery to the jobsite. In addition to finance, Roseann directs the firm’s marketing efforts.



Laurent Chouari

Master CGP, CAPS
Design Engineer

Laurent is Archipelago Hawaii’s Design Engineer, the guru of digital imaging and design, and the firm’s longest-serving employee. He started in 2000 as a Design Assistant/Project Manager at Studio Becker Honolulu, the predecessor firm to Archipelago Hawaii. Laurent is a Master Certified Green Professional (CGP) and Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS). His formal education includes a degree in art history with a focus on architecture. Laurent believes he now has the ideal job – “I get paid to draw!”
