Design Engineer/CAD Manager

Laurent is Archipelago Hawaii’s guru of digital imaging and design and our firm’s longest-serving employee. He initially joined Studio Becker Honolulu, the predecessor firm to Archipelago Hawaii, in 2000 as a Design Assistant/Project Manager. His role in the Archipelago Hawaii design team has evolved to include the creation of technical drawings via AutoCAD and Revit, 3D modeling, specifications, presentations, project planning and coordination.  Laurent has successfully done the design drawings for, and ordered, close to $7,000,000.00 worth of cabinetry for projects in Hawaii, Guam, Colorado and Ohio.  He is "The Cabinet Expert".  Laurent's formal education includes a degree in art history with a focus on architecture.

Laurent believes he now has the ideal job -- "I get paid to draw!"
